During my recent stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, which was spacious and modern. Despite being situated in a quiet part of the city, this venue was close to a tram stop and only a 15-minute walk from the city center, making it very convenient for exploration. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, including room service, housekeeping, and laundry facilities. Additionally, the welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch, and the tours/ticket assistance was very helpful. The room amenities were excellent with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, and an in-room safe.

This hotel would be a great choice for families as well, with children's menus, cots, and no pets allowed on site.

It was a quiet place, had kind staff especially the Italian receptionist. I enjoyed to be there and would stay here again.

The hotel is quaint with professional staff, breakfast is large, peaceful location away from tourist areas.

The hotel is situated in a great location, very close to public transport links that make it easy to explore the city. Tram stations are just a short walk away from the hotel, making it accessible to get around to other areas. the hotel staff were always available and really helpful, and the room was exceptionally comfortable with great amenities.

The hotel restaurant lacked variety in their menu options, despite having a large kitchen.

As a tourist, I loved the complimentary coffee, tea, water, and chips in the room. The location was perfect - close enough to the city center for a leisurely walk, but not in the noisy hustle and bustle. The staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms were spotlessly clean.

The hotel offered a great breakfast with a variety of options to choose from, including a self-service coffee machine. The location of the hotel was very convenient, only a few minutes away from the central station by Tram line 13. The room I stayed in was quite spacious and clean, a pleasant surprise.

The beds in the room were uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. There was a noticeable smell coming from the bathroom, quite unpleasant.

Our room was a bit cold when we arrived but the staff quickly provided a portable heater. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. Despite being a bit out of the way, the location was quiet and easily accessible by tram. The breakfast was delicious. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.
